This policy explains what information KM Pathway LLC collects through this website and by telephone, how that information is used, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the quoting and order process that follows from it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, phone number, email address, ZIP or delivery address, and vehicle details such as year, make, model, engine size and VIN.
• Order information: billing and shipping details, and records of the parts you have purchased. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring source, collected through standard web analytics.
• Call information: calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes. Where recording applies, you will be told at the start of the call.

How we use it

• To identify the correct part for your vehicle and prepare a quote.
• To process, ship and support your order, including warranty claims.
• To contact you about a request you submitted, by phone, text or email.
• To improve the website and understand which pages and campaigns are useful.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We share information only where it is needed to do the job: with salvage yards and suppliers to locate and confirm a part, with freight carriers to deliver it, with payment processors to take payment, and with service providers who host or support our systems. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

We keep quote and order records for as long as needed to support the warranty period and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
• Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or of texts by replying STOP.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of the page shows when it last changed, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
