Returns, cancellations and warranty claims — the terms, without the small print games.

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. The part must be uninstalled, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered, with all tags, seals and stock markings intact. Parts that have been disassembled, modified, painted or stamped cannot be returned.
Cancel before the part ships and you receive a full refund. Once a unit has been pulled, crated and handed to a carrier, cancellation is treated as a return: outbound and return freight costs and the restocking fee apply.
Refunds are issued once the returned part has been received and inspected, normally within 5 to 10 business days of arrival at the yard. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take several additional days to post the credit.
Parts are covered for 3 years or 30,000 miles from the delivery date, whichever comes first, against internal mechanical failure. To make a claim:
Where a covered failure is confirmed, we replace the unit. Where no equivalent replacement is available, we refund the purchase price of the part.
Some orders include a refundable core charge. The core is refunded once your old unit is returned in a rebuildable condition, on the original pallet, within 30 days of delivery.
Inspect the pallet before signing for it. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph it. A clean signature on damaged freight makes a carrier claim difficult to win, which slows down your replacement.
