The rules that apply when you use this site and when you buy a part from us.

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from KM Pathway LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including vehicle details and delivery address.
Quotes are based on inventory available at the time they are given and are valid for the period stated on the quote, normally 48 hours. Used inventory moves, so a unit quoted may be sold before you confirm. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. We correct pricing and description errors when we find them, and if a correction affects your order we will contact you before proceeding.
We match parts using the information you provide. Supplying a VIN gives the most accurate match. Where incomplete or incorrect vehicle information leads to the wrong part being supplied, the return is treated as a customer-initiated return under our refund policy.
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing and payment has cleared. We may decline or cancel an order — including after acceptance — where a part is no longer available, where pricing was stated in error, or where we suspect fraud. In that case we refund you in full.
All parts sold are used, recycled automotive components. They show normal wear consistent with their documented mileage. Appearance, finish and surface condition vary, and attached accessories, brackets, sensors and wiring may differ from the unit you are replacing. Our obligation is that the part is functionally correct and covered by the stated warranty, not that it is cosmetically identical.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; freight schedules and yard availability move. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. Inspect freight before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Someone must be present to receive the delivery; failed delivery attempts and redelivery charges are your responsibility.
Parts must be installed by a licensed repair facility, following the manufacturer's procedures, including new fluids and filters and, for transmissions, a flushed cooler. Retain the installing facility's invoice — it is required for any warranty claim.
Warranty coverage, exclusions, returns and refunds are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the purchase price of the part supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including labour costs, towing, rental vehicles, loss of use, lost income or vehicle downtime, unless extended labour coverage was purchased. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The content of this site — text, layout, graphics and code — belongs to KM Pathway LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Vehicle manufacturer names and model designations are used for identification only; we are an independent supplier and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any manufacturer.
Do not use this site to submit false information, to scrape or copy content at scale, to interfere with its operation, or for any unlawful purpose.
By giving us your phone number you agree that we may contact you by phone and text about your quote or order. Calls may be recorded for quality and training. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
